Inspire is willing to accommodate suspending payments for full month(s) lessons. Please keep in mind that if you choose not to take a lesson with the qualified substitute it will be considered a forfeiture of that lesson. If Inspire is unable to fulfill this make-up within the current session it will roll over into the next session.
Students will only be notified if a substitute is not provided, which then a make-up lesson will be offered in addition to the student’s two make-ups. In the case that an instructor is absent on a given day, Inspire will provide a qualified substitute. No-shows for make-ups will be considered a forfeit of that lesson and will no longer be honored. There must be a separate notification for missing a make-up lesson. Notification from the student/parent is required before the scheduled lesson via phone, email, or in person with the front desk.
